Tutorial: Zune Software Install

If your familiar with the Zune Software giving you the installation error , you'll know what a cruel unforgiving bitch the zune software can be. You get the "An error occured while installing the zune software. Close all open applications, restart your computer, and try again." error every time you try to install, and you fell like it would be better to just not use your zune. But if you have an xbox 360, you have to download this software. Once you do, and get it installed correctly, it allows you to stream all your music from the computer and play it on the 360. No more of the burning cd-rw's of your music onto the xbox; the network connection makes it stream beautifully.

I searched for the answer thru google, and couldnt find it. But here's how i fixed the problem on Windows Xp.

1.go to start, and then run
2. Type in %allusersprofile%
3. from the folder that pops up, right click shared documents and hit properties
4. Go to the sharing tab
5. In the Network settings and security section, click the share this folder on the network box.
6. Install again, and pay homage.
